Where can I get my body composition tested?

I want to be able to get an accurate reading of my bodyfat, mass, water and boe composition. I don’t trust the scales or skinfold mehthods. Does anyone know othr ways and where i can go to have them done?

your primary care physician can calculate using a little machine that pinches certain ares of your body. it is very accurate too!
